1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of twogiants.co.uk and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of the accepted payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We will notify you of any significant delays. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

All items are vintage and pre-owned. Each piece is individually described and photographed — please review listings carefully before purchasing. Age-related wear, patina, and minor marks consistent with the vintage nature of an item are not considered faults, provided they are disclosed in the listing.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent and securely packaged. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. As all items are one-of-a-kind, replacements cannot be offered.

Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return unless faulty. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. By using twogiants.co.uk, you consent to the processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
