Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All orders are carefully packed for transit and sent with tracking.

- EU: £16.95 — 2 to 11 business days
- USA: £38.95 — 5 to 8 business days
- Canada: £24.95 — 5 to 8 business days
- Rest of World: £28.95 — 3 to 17 business days
Free local collection and delivery is available within Bristol — select your preference at checkout.
International Shipping & Import Duties
We ship to the EU, USA, Canada, and a range of destinations worldwide. Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be payable on arrival and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, though occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including postal disruption and customs processing. We'll keep you informed if your order is significantly delayed.
