Refund policy
At Two Giants, we take care to describe and photograph every item accurately so you know exactly what you're buying. All items are vintage and pre-owned; each one is unique.
Returns Window
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition as sent, securely packaged. Any damage resulting from inadequate return packaging is the buyer's responsibility.
Condition & Age-Related Wear
Our listings include detailed condition notes and photography for every item. Please review these carefully before purchasing. Age-related wear, patina, and minor marks consistent with the vintage nature of an item are not considered faults, provided they are disclosed in the listing. We encourage you to contact us with any questions before buying.
How to Request a Return
Email us at twogiants@goramandvincent.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the item, and your reason for returning. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. As all items are one-of-a-kind, replacements cannot be offered.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or customised products
Faulty or Significantly Not As Described
If your item arrives faulty or is significantly not as described in the listing, please contact us at twogiants@goramandvincent.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a full refund including return postage costs.
